Septic System Inspection ($450 + Pumping Fee)
Certified Point of Sale Inspection - This service is typically proivded to a buyer during due
diligence when purchasing a property to determine if the system is functioning properly
and to identify any issues that require repair. This inspection complies with the standards
set by the NCOWCICB for inspections performed during the transfer of real property.

Our standard service fee includes locating the tank, uncovering the access lids, pumping
both compartments of the tank, effluent filter cleaning, transportation and disposal. This
service includes pumping up to 1,000 gallons which covers most single family homes up to
4-Bedrooms. Pumping is recommended every 3-5 years depending on the number of
people living in the home.
